Responding to a brief to reduce non-urgent Emergency Department presentations by improving health literacy in vulnerable audiences, maternity health presented as a logical place to start.

This campaign leverages an opportune time in a family’s life, to explain available services and establish connections between families and health experts, in particular local GP’s. It’s good for bub, good for mum and good for the whole family.
